In 2002, the English government embarked on a $12 billion effort to transform its health-care system with information technology. But the country’s oversight agency now puts that figure at $24 billion, and two Members of Parliament say the project is "sleepwalking toward disaster."

I’m impressed, I need to say. Actually not often do I encounter a weblog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me inform you, you might have hit the nail on the head. Your thought is excellent; the issue is one thing that not enough people are talking intelligently about. I am very joyful that I stumbled across this in my search for something referring to this.
