Clifford H. Junio is an underwriting analyst at Precept's Underwriting and Procurement Services department. His duties include the analysis of carrier and vendor proposals, which include medical, dental, vision, and other ancillary products for Precept clients. He is part of Precept's integrated solution, making sure that the products and services offered are in line with clients' organizational goals and objectives.

Prior to his employment with Precept, Cliff was with PacifiCare/United Healthcare for over six years as a large-group medical underwriter. Cliff handled prospect and renewal groups between 51 to 5000 subscribers. His prior experience includes having served as a regional manager for a nursing registry in Chicago, and as an industrial hygienist/microbial consultant in Irvine.

Cliff earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science: Health Care Management with a minor in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Masters of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

When not at work, Clifford really enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs. When not with them he can be found riding his motorcycle, cycling, flying, SCUBA diving, or having friendly debates about universal health care.
