Richard is Precept's HR and Payroll Administrator. Prior to joining Precept, he spent seven years at Paychex, where he acted as a liaison between clients and the various federal and state agencies that regulate payroll, retirement, and labor laws and practices. Richard is also a member of the Precept Wellness Committee.
