Precept Careers - Benefits
Precept offers a competitive compensation and benefit program. Our goal is to offer financial protection through our benefits. It is through this goal that we have put together a program that values and supports a balanced lifestyle.
All employees receive benefit credits towards the cost of benefits.
Medical Coverage
Individual and dependent coverage is available on a cost-sharing basis. Participants have the option of an HMO or a Health Incentive Account.
Dental Coverage
Precept offers two levels of coverage for dental, a DMO plan and a DPO plan. Individual and dependent coverage is available on a cost-sharing basis.
Employee Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Every eligible employee will be covered $50,000 for life and $50,000 for AD&D. We also offer employees the option to "buy-up" on their coverage for themselves or dependents.
Short-Term Disability
Precept pays the full cost of the plan for employee only.
Long-Term Disability
This coverage is on a cost-sharing basis with the employee. Precept will contribute $20 a month to the premiums for this benefit.
Long-Term Care
Precept will fund the entire cost of the basic coverage for LTC. Dependents of the employee are eligible to enroll in this plan with additional out-of-pocket cost.
Reimbursement Accounts
Employees may elect to contribute to a reimbursement account to help pay for eligible health-related expenses, dependent care expenses, and/or transportation expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Recognition Awards
A variety of programs are in place to reward outstanding performance and longevity employee service.
Retirement Plan/401(k)
Precept offers an excellent 401(k) matching program for 401(k) participants. Employees may contribute to the plan after 90 days of employment. The matching portion is 100% vested immediately when eligible.
Vacation Time Off
Each eligible employee will start to accrue two weeks of vacation time from the date of hire. As the length of service increases, vacation time will increase as well.
Sick Time
Precept offers four days of sick time to every eligible employee.
Holidays
Precept offers eight paid holidays to full-time employees, as well as a floating holiday that employees can use for other state, federal, or religious observances, or for the employee's birthday.
