Christopher H. Coulter, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Coulter manages Precept's Wellness, Care and Disease Management programs, directs the Precept Health Management Center and consults with clients on their medical care management programs.
Previously, Dr. Coulter was with UltraLink, Inc., for 12 years. During that time he served in various capacities, including chief medical officer, chief operations officer, chief executive officer and chairman of the board. He developed and directed health care programs and employee benefit services for Fortune 500 employers.
Dr. Coulter has also served as a Medical Director with FHP health plan, as a hospital Medical Director, and as a hospital-based Internal Medicine specialist with the U.S. Public Health Services. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and formerly in Geriatrics, is a Fellow of the American College of Physician Executives, has Certification in Employee Benefits Specialty (CEBS) with Fellowship, and is a Certified Public Health Official. Dr. Coulter has faculty appointments to the University of Southern California and University of California at Irvine Schools of Medicine.
Dr. Coulter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale, an M.D. from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
