Human Resources Director
Nichole is the Human Resources Director for Precept and ProView. She oversees the operations of the Human Resources department and provides strategic and organizational development for the organization. She maintains involvement in company-wide staffing, development, and employee relations initiatives that help to drive optimal performance and employee satisfaction. In her role as the HR Director, she is responsible for ensuring local, state, and federal legal compliance through proper business practices and management training.
With her previous experience as an Operations Manager, she was able to develop the well-rounded experience that has contributed to her success as a Human Resources professional.
