Ryan Jones
Vice President, Client Services
Ryan’s responsibilities at Precept include setting the strategic vision for delivering service and the integration of client services with the underwriting and procurement services group. Ryan will also provide oversight to these groups while developing innovative service capabilities for our corporate clients.
Before joining Precept, Ryan ran the Western Region and led the national Client Service Team of Havensure, a nationwide brokerage and consulting firm specializing in the large case market. His focus was on the development and delivery of service as well as overall account management for their clients.
Ryan’s career has included several years of managing employee benefits for global Fortune 200 employers, including Ingram Micro and Fluor Corporation. Prior to managing benefits for employers he worked with Keenan & Associates, a large regional insurance broker and TPA firm.
Ryan’s commitment to the insurance industry and Human Resources has resulted in his participation with advisory boards, various industry organizations and many Human Resource and Benefit associations. He currently serves as the President of the Orange County Compensation and Benefits Association (OCCABA). Ryan is a graduate of California State University Long Beach where he studied Speech Communication and Human Resources.
