Karen Reid
Chief Experience Officer
Karen brings over 20 years of consulting and management experience to Precept. As the CXO, her responsibilities include improving upon Precept and ProView’s successful customer service model by designing programs for enhancing client and employee experiences that will define, create and deliver high value and a memorable experience.
Prior to joining Precept, Karen served as a member of senior management, as a COO, CFO, Vice President of Internal Consulting, and as an independent consultant. She has also served as a board/council member of several non-profit organizations. Karen’s experience spans across multiple industries, ranging from a multi-billion dollar financial services firm, a large private equity firm, a hundred-million dollar financial institution, and multi-million dollar companies. She brings many years of experience driving results through team building, strategic planning, best practices, metrics analysis and improving employee/customer relations.
Karen earned her B.S. degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco.
