Steve Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Steve is responsible for the strategic, tactical and short-term operations management of both Precept and ProView. This includes the design, operation, and improvement of processes and systems used to deliver Precept and ProView services. In this role, he is responsible for driving activities to increase operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and financial results.
Prior to joining Precept, Steve spent 15 years in consulting with Accenture, where he helped large corporations design and implement significant change. He developed and led significant projects in the areas of customer relationship management, transaction processing, credit and collections, customer billing and program management. He brings years of experience in identifying and implementing business improvement and value-generating opportunities.
Steve is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University School of Business in San Luis Obispo. He has also completed an executive business management program at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
