Matt brings over 18 years of employee benefits industry expertise to our clients. For the past eight years, he has been responsible for the overall management of our San Ramon office and the satisfaction of our Northern California-based clients.
Prior to joining Precept, he held a variety of sales and account management positions with United Healthcare. During his career, he has worked with major employers such as PeopleSoft, Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo on the design, communication and management of flexible benefits and managed care plans. As a Fellow in the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) and past president of the Northern California Chapter of ISCEBS, he has established himself as a leading employee benefits professional in the Bay Area.
He is a graduate of the California Polytechnic State University School of Business in San Luis Obispo.
