Steve Zarate

Steve is a partner. He serves on the Precept Policy Committee and provides counsel on Precept's operations and technology.
Previously, Steve was senior vice president and chief information officer for Digital Insight. While at Digital Insight, he saw the company through three acquisitions, built an infrastructure to handle capacity and applications integration, and was responsible for customer service, call center, IT, security, implementation services, Web services and Data Center operations. Prior to Digital Insight, Steve spent six years as vice president of human resources (two years) and chief information officer for PeopleSoft, where he developed a worldwide technology infrastructure. Steve spent over 25 years in banking/financial services, where his focus was on systems, operations management and operations process improvement. His human resources experience includes training, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance and HRIS.
Steve received a B.A. in History and Political Science from San Francisco State University.
